My experience at this hotel was fraught with issues. Despite having stayed here for years, our recent visit was marred by a lack of communication and responsiveness, particularly regarding our special needs. The room we received was neither clean nor well-prepared for our stay, and the service was inadequate when it came to resolving our problems. It's disappointing to see such a decline in hospitality over the years.
