My experience at this hotel was fraught with issues. Despite having stayed here for years, our recent visit was marred by a lack of communication and responsiveness, particularly regarding our special needs. The room we received was neither clean nor well-prepared for our stay, and the service was inadequate when it came to resolving our problems. It's disappointing to see such a decline in hospitality over the years.

While the property itself is stunning and offers a great casino experience, my stay was marred by some frustrating service issues and a lack of communication regarding the spa package. The room cleanliness was also questionable, which detracted from what could have been an enjoyable experience. Overall, I had a good time at the casino, but the issues with the room and dining credits left me disappointed.
